Responsible for the assembly and approval of the business requirements that will provide the Bank a new flexible cloud infrastructure for the its existing and new Digital Banking applications. This will afford the Bank the opportunity to reduce support costs and improve speed to market of new applications. I also ensure that these requirements are traceable to designs, build, testing and implementation.The use of this technology creates a change in traditional working practices and I am therefore responsible for the creation and agreement of new processes as part of a new Target Operating Model. These processes are documented in Visio and published for review and subsequent circulation in Confluence.Finally, as a Lead BA, I manage a small number of junior, graduate Business Analysts and provide them with leadership and guidance in best practice BA methodologies and how the Bank implement them.

Responsible for the analysis, scoring and presentation of the evidence provided by potential suppliers as part of the Due Diligence Phase of the competitive tender process for LINK's central infrastructure services. In addition, I evaluated the commercial offerings and provided comparisons across the bidders and against the existing service. I also led the team in ensuring all the service aspects of new contract were documented fully and obtained agreement from both a legal and operational perspective. Finally, I supported both the Chief Operating Officer and Programme Director in providing regulatory submissions to both the Bank of England and the Payment Systems Regulator (PSR).

Responsible for the gathering, collation and documentation of the regulatory and business requirements for a series of remedies as detailed in the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) Order, following their investigation into the Retail Banking Market. I also created business design documents for this regulatory programme to support the introduction of the new measures. Finally, I supported the testing and successful implementation of the Overdraft Alerts remedy of the CMA Order.

Responsible for the design and delivery of the migration process for Sainsbury’s Bank ATMs. This involved the migration of circa 1,700 ATMs off the LBG platform to the Sainsbury’s chosen Third Party provider. Post completion of the migrations, I monitored and actioned the business financial closedown of the Sainsbury’s ATM estate – an enabler for the IT closedown piece.

Responsible for obtaining, documenting and implementing requirements in relation to changes to the UK’s largest ATM network. These projects range from small maintenance initiatives, through to larger compliance scheme (Link & VISA) and management information projects. In recent months, I worked on the complex software re-platforming programme of the ATM and IDM network.One key achievement was replacing the existing ATM Management Information Systems with a Business Objects based solution. I facilitated workshops to gather business requirements, collated and documented complex business rules and played these back to the IT design and development teams. This gave me an in depth knowledge of how the ATM estate is run and the tools used to support it.I am also the team representative for changes to deposit machines required as a result of fraudulent activity and the addition and withdrawal of banknotes in the UK. I established key relationships with Bank of England and Scottish and Irish banknote issuers, in addition to the hardware suppliers. I lead the implementation of these changes and created and issued quality communications to a network of over 2,000 branches.More recently I was the Lead BA on the MI Workstream of the Self-Service software re-platforming programme. Analysed existing reports and reporting systems, assessed the impact of new solutions against these reports and gathered quality business requirements. Extensive engagement with many areas of the business and third party off-shore suppliers.
