I'm skilled at juggling several projects at once and meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. I pay close attention to detail, catching errors while keeping the content true to its purpose. Plus, I communicate well with clients, making sure everyone's on the same page and projects stay on track.

I conduct thorough peer reviews of academic manuscripts and research papers to ensure accuracy, originality, and adherence to established standards. I manage multiple reviews simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

I orchestrated virtual Pre-Indictment court proceedings weekly via Zoom, ensuring seamless communication with all parties and adherence to established protocols. I additionally, managed record requests for legal documents (e.g., Indictments, Judgement of Convictions) and judiciary-specific databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance. During my tenure, I shortened the turnaround time for records requests from 8 weeks to 2 weeks by developing an efficient methodology for extracting pertinent information on microfilm and from the digital database. I further developed a comprehensive "how-to" manual detailing all steps and resources for coordinating weekly court hearings to ensure a smooth transition for my successor.

I gathered feedback from and supported the students I represent from the research programs within the school of Philosophy, Psychology and Language Sciences. I represented students in the school while attending school representative meetings, research representative meetings, student council etc.

I oversaw schedules and progress for 5 clients who were transitioning from long-term psychiatric care to the community; supported them in navigating social services including NJSNAP, Medicaid/Medicare, and Section 8 housing. I facilitated smooth communication of client progress updates among colleagues ensuring efficient collaboration. Further, I documented client skill-enhancement sessions in DAP format (Data, Assessment, Plan), capturing key insights and facilitating tailored support for individual rehabilitation plans. I also successfully piloted the 8-week Nutrition and Exercise for Wellness and Recovery (NEW-R) program with a client.

I provided direct care services to individuals with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. I assisted with driving, personal care, activities of daily living, meal preparation, ISP (Individual Support Plan) goals and objectives, and monitoring. I documented support and monitoring.

I collected and synthesized case file data (e.g., CPS reports, police reports, psychiatric evaluations) on Children's Division and foster care history to be included with their legal documentation. After doing so, I authored 10–15-page documents detailing children's history, encompassing birth parents, adoption, and past experiences, providing an accurate, informative, and legally compliant record that supports the child's well-being. Further, I created a streamlined methodology for extracting and organizing information from children's case files, significantly accelerating report writing and enabling me to handle a higher volume of cases.

Data entry, research

I assisted with compiling research articles about stress levels and crisis nurseries and wrote summaries on the articles I found to support furture grant writing.

The lab focused on social perception, stereotyping and prejudice, and the impact of face perception on criminal justice outcomes. I authored summaries of cognitive psychology literature, gathering articles in support of a meta-analysis of the relationship between a person’s perceptions of a behavior correlated with an outcome, including factors such as honesty, trustworthiness, and aggression. I also supported data management by inputting relevant statistical information (IV, DV, population, effect size) into a collaborative Excel spreadsheet, facilitating organized and accessible data for future analysis.

I analyzed output data from Survey Monkey from existing programs to generate data-driven grant proposals;, successfully funded community education sessions on a variety of topics related to mental health. I also conducted research on government and private funding sources, facilitating informed decision-making for funding acquisition.

I conducted a research project for my honors thesis focuses on the influence of racial and heterosexual privilege awareness of white, heterosexual women on their perceived gender discrimination. I questioned whether privilege awareness accounts for the difference between racial and both gender and sexual discrimination.

The lab focused on examining the reasons why group members engage in collective action.I analyzed social psychology research in intergroup relations, allyship and collective action critically, facilitating lab discussions on argument development and steps in the research process, fostering collaborative learning. Furher, I assisted with multiple steps of the research process including literature review, study design, survey development, and quantitative correlational data analysis performed in SPSS. Lastly, I crafted a literature review on how many people have both disadvantaged and advantaged identities and intersectionality theory’s role in understanding why groups, with identities both advantaged and disadvantaged, may have collective action intentions.

The lab focused on understanding the personal and experiential basis of words. I read and discussed theory and research literature in a variety of areas of Psychology, including language development, language, memory, embodied cognition, and consciousness. I also crafted a literature review on idiosyncratic language use and its relation to the experiences of those with schizophrenia.
