Effectively communicate with management, the Court Operations division, Austin Police Department, and security staff on an ongoing basis to facilitate process improvement and ensure the safety and security of self, others, and the facility. Manage walk-in triage services by maintaining client mail and vital documents, coordinating care for Intensive Case Management clients with their assigned case manager, returning voicemails, and working as a team to see an average of 50-60 clients a day.
