I gained a wealth of knowledge of other training providers offerings and services, and sourcing and brokering other vendor training solutions such as Microsoft, Nortel and HP.My other duties at Harbrook also involved training and managing new sales staff, supporting the Sales Manager as well as knowing the latest products, technologies and trends associated with IT Network infrastructure and training.
