CurrentMy duties and responsibilities include:-1) act as the face of HR across the business;2) act as Head of Department for the HR, Reception and Archiving function and report to the Board on a monthly basis regarding the teams' performance;3) am responsible for senior level decision making across the Firm and day to day management of the strategic direction of the team;4) design and implement a strategic HR plan which is aligned with business objectives;5) provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, absence, recruitment and training;6) manage the recruitment and training budgets for the Firm;7) monitor sickness absence;8) support the Heads of Department with performance and grievance issues, ensuring such discussions are conducted in a legally compliant and professional way;9) ensure that payroll is completed accurately and to deadline; 10) draft and review HR policies and procedure to ensure they support the Firm's culture and business need and act as a driver for change;11) design and implementation of a structured training programme to meet individual and business need;12) co-ordinate recruitment throughout the company through the management of the HR ensuring we attract, retain and develop talent within the business;13) psychometric profiler and trainer for the Firm.
