I worked as a student success coach helping to close the educational gap for 8th-grade middle school students. I used data and analytics to build individualized success plans for students to help them develop as learners. I also created initiatives to help enrich the schooling experience for students and influence school culture. Most importantly I built positive relationships with the students while helping them to foster belief in themselves and their capabilities.
