Management Team: Provided leadership in all aspects of the itslearning organization, reporting directly to the Global CEO, National Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing, Services, Finance and Global’s leadership to make informed decisions. Sales enablement: Identified strategies, business opportunities and new technologies that generated new revenue, enhanced product capabilities, and sought out partners to serve those opportunities.Product Development: Participated as a business solutions team member in visioning, enterprise road mapping product direction, implementation, and communications. Finance: Participated in the development of itslearning Sales Revenue Projections, US budgets and developed the knowledgebase of local, state, federal funding sources and grants to optimize current and prospective customers. Innovation: Led, managed and facilitated idea generation spawned from emerging trends, best practice, and customer insight, moving beyond our traditional audience of school district technology leaders and ensuring that itslearning is valued by superintendents, heads of curriculum and other school system leaders.Communications & Engagement: Worked to build the reputation of itslearning as a thought leader in education. Technical Integration: Participated in technical associations and interoperability standards work for systems integration of digital content with itslearning i.e. IMS Global (1EdTech), Open Educational Resources initiatives (OER), European General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), and the EdFi Alliance.
