    I was brought in at Unisys to develop and implement an early version of the IDEAS platform, combining a rule-based AD/Exchange management tool into a SharePoint 2003 website. Unisys was in the process of implementing what we would now call a cloud hosting solution for the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). This solution brought together all the different member agencies into a single Active Directory and Exchange environment. Management of this environment needed to be distributed across administrators in each of the agencies, but centrally managed with rules that could be dynamically configured for one or more agencies at a time.The solution I created continued to serve both Unisys and HHS over the years, even as their back-end infrastructure has been upgraded and consolidated.

The technologies used included ASP, VBScript, ADSI, Exchange Forms Development, WSH, etc.I also provided a number of public-facing services, including our logo and branding design and as a speaker for trade shows and seminars.
