Responsible for the weekly creation of raw material purchase orders, as well as the continuous management of those orders until the products become FGI. I head glass inventory management for our international bottle sizes to ensure our supply meets the weekly production schedule demands. I work cross functionally with the sales, accounting, marketing, and warehouse teams on a weekly basis to address pricing, product, and transportation issues that may arise. Through the use of our ERP system, IFS, I assist in forecasting glass demand in order to effectively request production runs and ensure supply.

Bartended, food ran, and upheld quality customer service in order to meet the changing needs of the members at Lakecliff Golf Club. This club had recently been sold and bought so there were a lot of loose ends and room for improvement in their operations and management. I consistently looked for ways to improve the overall experience at the club by creating and maintaining relationships with members, bringing suggestions to the management, and independently creative problem-solving.

I got the opportunity to mentor under the head of supply chain management, Aaron Travis, and got an inside look at how a large company operates and thrives in challenging situations. It was such a unique experience to see Tito's teams tackle everyday and big picture problems in the midst of a pandemic. I got to see how supply chains actually operate and learn about all their complex moving parts. I also got the opportunity to help facilitate hand sanitizer production for the "Love, Tito's" program in which free sanitizer was produced and donated to the community during the height of the pandemic. This was an amazing hands-on experience because I got to witness the creation of a completely new supply chain as a response to an unforeseen challenge.

I worked as a part time employee at the Department of Resident Life office on my campus. I communicated with parents and students that had questions relating to their room assignments and I helped keep the office organized. This job helped me improve my organizational and people skills day after day.

I worked in the food and beverage department at Chevy Chase Country Club over the summer. I learned how to work in a variety of roles, including: busser, food runner, server, and hostess. This job gave me the opportunity to see how many moving parts go into creating a successful business. I got to improve my communication, leadership, and time management skills through this job.

I worked the whole summer organizing and supervising a summer camp for kids ages 5-12. I was responsible for keeping in contact with parents and promoting the activities that took place at the camp. I was also in charge of the camp's counselors and kept track of billing. I enjoyed making personal connections with the parents and kids while also learning what it takes to run something of this sorts. I believe my leadership, communication and organizational skills were all improved through this experience.

I was an intern for the Human Resources department at the Civil Service office in Austin Texas. I was responsible for processing and maintaining confidential employee records for people that work as EMT's, firefighters, and police officers. I got to learn what it takes to work in these fields and the process of becoming a firefighter and police officer. I got the opportunity to experience the life of working in an office building and making connections with the people around me.
