- Create clients treatment plan for their 90-120 day stay in the facility. As their time comes to a close, I develop their aftercare plans and next steps. - I serve as a mentor and guide them through their assigned work as a means to completing the program. - I am the main point of contact for the clients families. I provide them with weekly updates and development notes on their loved ones progress throughout the program.

I assisted guests with getting them checked into their rooms and any other additional things they may have needed. This was right after college and I was unsure of what I wanted to do so I went and got a job where it was beautiful and I could snow ski whenever I wanted to.

Unpaid internship to complete college- I completed rotations of each department, shadowing administrators, doctors, nurses, and personnel in geriatrics assisted living, Women's care clinic, dietary, Wellness Center, optometry, surgical, and cardiac nuclear stress testing departments to gain a thorough understanding of overall hospital administration under the supervision of Director of Rehabilitation, Dr. Carmen Oguz. Assisted with ordering, charting, setting up meal programs, and scheduling within the facility. Developed key principles of curriculum for the first Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Mississippi Delta Community College. Garnered invaluable knowledge regarding operational intricacies of a small rural MS hospital, and the technical and functional challenges encountered by the hospital and the community.
