About Bailey Vaughan

Two things I won’t stop talking about are my love for games and advocating for accessibility. (and also my pets if we are being real)I am a grad student at University of Texas at Dallas in the Game Development MFA program specializing in game accessibility and UX research. As a scholar I’ve had the privilege to be a part of several amazing programs including: Generation Google Scholar for Women in GamingWomen in Gaming International Get in the Game ProgramGGP x Dreamhaven Scholars ProgramIGDA Foundation Virtual ExchangeAbleGamer's Certified APX Practitioner TrainingAll of these experiences have fueled my passion for game accessibility (especially in collaboration with the neurodivergent community). My goal is to pursue a career researching, coordinating, and implementing accessibility in upcoming games. After four years serving as an educator, I recently embarked on my journey in the games industry. Currently, I am a Content Specialist at Wizards of the Coast in their D&D Beyond team where I am thrilled to contribute to digitizing one of my all-time favorite games.
