I was included within the client database management team. As such, my role was twofold: to exploit data for marketing and PR purposes, and to provide support to our end users and entry clerks. I also took an active part in optimising the tools and associated procedures.* Data exploitation consisted in setting up contacts lists for prospection, communication campaigns and events management.* Support tasks consisted in managing users, provide support in feeding in and using the data. It also consisted in database update, maintenance, and data control.In aim to optimise the database, I evaluated the current processes and working methods and came with proposals for improvements on short, medium and long term.
