Critical role in supporting the transition of Oak Point University students, faculty, and clinical partnerships to Lewis University’s accelerated undergraduate nursing program within the School of Graduate, Professional & Continuing Education.Recruit and train Scheduling & Clinical Compliance Coordinator.Provide insights and suggest solutions to streamline overall operations related to clinicals.

Procure and maintain partner contracts with clinical agencies that match the needs of the College of Nursing and support enrollment growth targets. Recruit and lead the team that manages clinical placement of undergraduate nursing students and oversees partner compliance. Provide comprehensive support to graduate students in securing residency placements. Play key role in the continuous improvement of interdepartmental operations related to clinical experiences, compliance, and partnerships. Support university planning and strategic initiatives, including the development of policies and procedures related to clinical placement and compliance. Report to the Senior Vice President of Growth & Innovation. Supervise the Associate Director of Clinical Placement, the Clinical Placement Coordinator, and the Compliance Operations Coordinator.

Negotiate and arrange clinical placements for students in hospitals and other healthcare facilities throughout the Chicagoland area. Responsible for ensuring that student placements are supported according to the contractual obligations of the university and affiliated agencies. Maintain clinical contracts, facilitate agency orientations, communicate with clinical sites regarding compliance, and troubleshoot clinical placement conflicts. Complex communication and problem-solving with a variety of contacts inside and outside the university.

During company-wide restructuring and growth, managed staffing and scheduling and participated in on-boarding and professional development for 130+ international teachers across Chicago and Washington, DC regions with 45% team growth in the first year. Supported fourteen centers, 150 schools, and nearly 8,000 students. Worked with Human Resources Manager, National Training Director, Regional Directors, and Center/School Directors to ensure continuous, consistent, and high-quality teaching performance in the classroom.
