Former Servant Leader roles include Managing Partner of Bain’s Amsterdam office and Regional Practice Leader of the firm’s technology practice in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Joined Bain in 1998 and have worked in San Francisco, Toronto, Sydney, London, Amsterdam. Currently based in New York.I work with clients who seek to transform/turnaround their large, complex, global businesses. My experience covers corporate and business unit strategy; customer led growth strategy; performance improvement, including each of cost reduction, sales force effectiveness and pricing; as well as organizational design. I have deep expertise across a range of telecommunications and technology sub-sectors, including semiconductors, software, medtech, computer and networking equipment and both fixed and mobile operators.In addition to working with corporate management, I work closely with a number of Bain & Company's private equity clients on both diligence and portfolio assignments.Prior to joining Bain, I held several information systems management positions in the banking industry in Canada and Bermuda. I earned an MBA from the University of Western Ontario, where I graduated as the gold medalist. I also hold an M.Sc. and B.Sc. (Hon) in molecular biology from the University of Ottawa, graduating magna cum laude.
