I was employed by IBM Australia as a Tivoli IT Specialist in the Tivoli Systems Management Team (SMI) working on the Westpac account. In this role I am am known as the “Chief Enablement Officer”, and I’m the” go to guy” for Tivoli issues relating to Tivoli Endpoint Health to Software Distribution, and Tivoli reporting, IBM Tivoli Monitoring issues, Omnibus and Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager (TADDM) enablement, and project functionality around these products.
