CurrentSelectPro is a U.S. based technology and B2B professional services firm headquartered in Tampa, FL. The company provides technology consulting and resource solutions. As Managing Director, I am responsible for B2B business development, recruiting, and management and operations of the company's consulting and resource solutions services. Generate revenue by providing B2B professional services sales, client development and staff recruiting. Execute the complete professional services sales cycle (lead generation, prospecting, relationship cultivation, client needs assessment, presentations, negotiations, closing, client care). Perform RFP reviews. Make final Bid/No-Bid decisions. Develop major company proposals. Implemented and employ CRM/ATC software to drive and track sales and recruiting activity. Manage company/division P&L’s and provided budgeting, fiscal analysis, and forecasting. Hands-on recruiting responsibilities include: Providing full-cycle consultative recruiting to various clients throughout the United States. Relationship building and partnering with clients to provide advice on best practice recruiting strategies, competitive landscape, and current market trends. Sourcing applicants utilizing multiple methods including social media, networking, referrals, talent pools, and recruitment automation. Screen, interview, and assess candidate qualifications and assist clients with offer and relocation negotiations. Manage recruiting budget, monitor spend ROI, and fine-tune to maintain use of most effective tools & platforms. Maintaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS) documentation throughout the recruitment life cycle.
