Direct and supported Heatron's efforts to move into what was a new market at the time, the highly technical field of semiconductor equipment manufacturers. My responsibilities included working with new and existing customers to develop a cost effective solution for their heating needs. Then work within our internal structure to implement this solution into our manufacturing operation.

Defined the role and functionality of the newly created position of Technical Manager. The mandate was to define and create a manufacturing support function and group to deal with all technical issues encountered by the manufacturing operation. During this time my group lead and directed two of the most successful product role outs in the companies history. The first was a product that is still in use today by the fast food restaurants and at its peak was responsible for annual revenues of $10 million. The second was a home medical device that was extremely successful yielding annual revenues of $36 million annually.
