As senior director of IT, I'm still leading the mobile development team while directing and implementing corporate IT initiatives. In this technology leadership role, I’m responsible for the development of Spectrum Mobile, the fourth line of business for Charter Communications. Specifically, I lead teams of developers, engineers, and other tech professionals to consistently improve Spectrum Mobile’s products/services, meet project deadlines, and achieve organizational objectives on time and within budget.

In this senior architecture development role, I was responsible for leading app teams and setting up enterprise cloud lab for IaaS using VMWare. I also oversaw the company’s enterprise technology roadmap, enterprise cloud strategy, and best practices for designing enterprise-wide applications.

As the lead technology consultant, I designed and led development teams on various multi-tiered architecture projects relating to order entry systems, managed asset programs, client-facing online access, and contact management systems. Specifically, I researched emerging technologies; developed the proof of concepts for latest technologies, cloud strategy, and DevOps; ensured client data security by communicating regularly with security and legal teams; designing new applications and fixing inefficiencies within existing software; strategic planning initiatives; and mentoring/training new associates on technology matters.

In this analytical leadership role, I was responsible for analyzing requests from various business areas and identify data elements. I also designed queries and reports that could interact with multiple data sources, in addition to developing software and mentoring new contractors.

In this onsite coordination role, I was responsible for supporting both Batch and Online Production moves, interacting with business users & end-users, interacting with external agencies (NSCC, NACHA, OTTA), improving app performance and developing new check writing and ACH processing.
