Recently on Sep16 another two accounts added under my Kitty Pacific Life Insurance and Radian.Leading a team of 3 associates, covering all Functional and Operational aspects of Project Management primarily Contract Creation, Resource Utilization, Invoicing, Revenue Generation, Forecasting.Involved in Requirement Gathering sessions with individual Project Managers / TCS Resource Management Team.Coordinate and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholdersGenerate and Analyse various standard reports like, Revenue report, Cost Report, Tax Report , Manpower and Non Manpower Expenses , GM Report , Outstanding Report , Collection Report , RGS Report , Risk Analysis, Project Tracking Report, Contract and Won Report etc.Helps Project Managers in budgeting to derive proper Gross Margin / Resource Allocation before any RFP.Preparing different Weekly and Monthly Dashboards for Managements review.SPOC for ADMIN related issues.
