Duties and responsibilities:Coordination of operations in Bata:• Management, control and co-operation • Organization of work on the maintenance and enhancement of the large park areas• Coordination on lifting and lawn maintenance at large areas • Organization and technical support of the horticultural arrangements• Chemical testing of soil properties (pH)• Communication with stakeholders• Complete technical support• Storing activities• Administration and Human Resources• The organization and supervision of training of the new staff• Planning and execution of operations preventing soil erosion• Establishment and organization of operations inside nurseries Deputy Technical Director:• Management, control and cooperation (350 employees)• Technical support for working units outside Bata, in cities Mongomo and Malabo • Administrative work • Communication with stakeholders (negotiation of new projects)• Signing of all documents related to the management of the company as a whole • Writing reports • Traveling

• Composing terms and professional opinions for environmental issues and natural values for production of forest management plans process, spatial and other plans with different technical-investment documentations; • Composing professional opinions on Drafts of Forestry Law and Protecting Nature Law, submitted to Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Watermanagament and Ministry of Environment;• Writing project reports with mapping of characteristic natural areas and give a proposition to the Ministry of Environment about future conservation of the specific area; • Monitoring of protected natural areas; • Holding presentations in educational and informational purpose (levels of protection with implementation, forest development plans); • Field work with different specialists (geologist, biologist, ornithologist, herpetologist, agronomist...).
