Repair of ACD units as returned by the customer for repair.2. Ensure all paperwork is completed including check in, time spent, parts used and check out.3. Prepare units for return shipment to customer.4. Manage stock levels of repair parts and device if stock levels are low to enable reorder.5. Responsible for learning and developing knowledge of all aspects of the units repairs within required time frames and according to company and manufacturer's specifications.6. Liaise with US based repair representatives as appropriate to resolve unusual problems.
