I am a senior, experienced, technology transactions attorney. My core competencies include negotiating and drafting complex technology and IP transactions, software licensing, SaaS delivery agreements, general commercial contracts, advertising and marketing compliance, commercial real estate leasing, and IP related corporate mergers and acquisitions. I also have experience in both data privacy compliance and technolog product counseling. I am a consummate professional and am equally at ease with briefing C-suite executives as well as supporting individual contributors to help the my clients achieve their goals. For the past 10 years, I have exhibited a "getting things done" mindset and have consistently delivered consistent, high quality results for my clients.In addition to my legal role, I am passionate about mental health advocacy and awareness, especially for men. I serve as a board member of Fishing the Good Fight, a non-profit organization that leverages the healing power of fly fishing to support men struggling with mental health issues. As a board member, I help manage the organizations overall strategic direction, and support with fundraising, and outreach, and programming.
