My duties at Pikes Peak Community College. I began in 2005 as a work-study in Aug of 2007 I was hired as a permanent employee to the Foundation as an Administrative Assistant II and in Sept 2010 was upgraded to an Admin Assist III. Currently I work with the Office of Accessibility Services. One major accomplishment I feel while in the position held in the Foundation was that I cleaned up the accounting process and clarified standard procedures for accounting and scholarship management while in that position. I have electronically saved all tax and audit reports found in the archives so information is more easily accessed. While in this position the annual audit report has been “clean” not only by PPCC, the hired auditing firm but also from the state wide audit. The duties include all aspects of office management, however specific to these positions I was responsible for the following.• Scheduling appointments• Tracking records for the purpose of statistics • Maintaining office archives for easier access• Tracking equipment issued as a part of accommodative service • Responsible for all office purchases • Maintaining scholarship records for all parties involved • Maintain QuickBooks for accounts payable as well as receivable. • Move money in state computer system to insure the payment of accounts. • Audit the records to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions are met for payment • Accurately report all activity into the system for the purpose of transparency• Work with other offices and companies necessary to reconcile all accounts • Work with the Controller to insure the annual audit is accurately reporting all activity

at the time I worked for James Irwin it was a startup school so I assisted with all record keeping systems, text-book inventory, admissions processes, I was the receptionist and assistant to the executive secretary.
