In January of 2014 it was made official that I would transition to be Inside Sales Support for the OEM and Industrial Sales division. My experience in project management, bid work, pricing negotiation, submittal processing and ability to think on my feet have been pinnacle in helping me be part of the growing sector for Capital. I handle a significant portion of the customer pricing structures, and all the order entry and management for my customers. My job is making the promises of my outside guys, into the success stories for my customers. In addition to my sales responsibilities, I am also the Digital Champion for my area. In this role, I promote and educate customers and fellow employees about all the online and mobile capabilities that CapitalTrisate has to offer.

Typically, I take a project from it's original bid, through it's final billing. This is inclusive of submittals, order entry, project management, change orders, occasional jobsite visits, and final billing. I also branch out to occasional inside sales for standard flow goods through the company as needed. In addtion, I take calls and aid other sales persons when the material is more technical in nature to complete the sale.

Sales of flow goods were my primary responsibility at the start. Standard construction product, as well as more of the Allen Bradley Controls and Safety items as well. Once I was identified as a user of switchgear estimating software, I was realligned to a projects groups to do estimation and project management.

I was in charge of purchasing, payroll, communication and some aspects of project management on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel Expansion project.
