• Responsible for leading analysis efforts and definition of business objectives and strategies utilizing business process reengineering, workflow analysis, and other related tools to identify clear and concise requirements for State of Vermont Integrated Eligibility project.• Work in conjunction with State Health Departments , Agency Management, and staff responsible for program service delivery to create current state analysis of business processes.• Responsible for elicitation of business rules and data elements for analysis and interpretation into future state business processes.• Collaborate and initiate in the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications and system enhancements. • Devise and design business process requirements and solutions to all areas supported, including financial and operational systems critical to organizational functions. Direct support provided to Loan Servicing, Collections, Credit Administration, Special Services and all Loan Product end users. • Act as liaison between vendors and core system operations to initiate, introduce and incorporate interface solutions between various vendor systems and bank core system. Provide and establish data mapping and file transfer automations between various systems.• Collaborate and initiate in the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications and system enhancements.
