FP&A role responsible for all aspects of the Business division’s revenue and balance sheet performance covering banking as well as superannuation, platforms and investment businesses.As part of this role I led a team consisting of myself and two finance managers and was the key contact in the division for revenue and balance sheet performance.Key responsibilities include: Modelling and co-ordinating the 3 year strategic forecast as well as the quarterly forecast updates, monthly performance analysis, and partnering with investment relations team to deliver half yearly ASX results announcements.

Key partner to the CFO of the Business division. I was responsible for pulling together the consolidated monthly results for the division for the divisional executive team along with the monthly board commentaryI was responsible for preparing the Business divisions half year ASX disclosures, in partnership with investor relations as well as being the finance lead for the three-year forward-looking strategy review for the division.This was a diverse role that required me to develop my soft skills and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation in order to provide insight to the Business divisions executive team

End to end business partnering role supporting the credit card and consumer lending business. Key responsibilities include forecasting and budgeting for expenses, balance sheet & revenue. Decision support & modelling on pricing changes and other portfolio initiatives along with closing month end results.

This role is responsible for forecasting and planning for the Consumer bank, involving working with key stakeholders across the bank to ensure that the Consumer bank can meet it's revenue and expense commitments.As part of this role I have developed multiple forecast models and am considered an expert on Westpac's TM1 implementation.
