The Detroit office was leading Great Wall's L4 & L5 autonomous driving effort, with testing in both the US and China, and additional team members in India. I helped this amazing team be as productive as possible and meet its targets: installing infrastructure and business processes, moving business and government relationship forward, strategic planning, establishing and delivering on goals.

QuEST Global Engineering, is a diversified Product Development company, employing over 10,000 professionals across the world with delivery centers in US, Singapore, UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Japan and India.As one of three US General Managers, oversaw engineering teams in Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Charlotte, South Bend, Greenville, Phoenix, Orlando, and Los Angeles; with $25m profit and loss responsibility for five engineering centers. Provided an initial assessment of technologies required to implement the Air Force Virtual Manufacturing Initiative. On a 6 member team, wrote 13 million dollars in proposals to other government agencies, and wrote briefings for DARPA, the ManTech director, NIST, and the DOE.

Led teams to develop specifications for factory control software for various GM divisions and for the GM “Factory of the Future.” Collaborated with EDS for software implementation according to GM’s 5-stage software development process.

Developed advanced controls software following GE’s Software Engineering processes.

Proposed Activity-Based costing structures for implementation in a divisions’ MRP system. Reviewed corporate cash management systems. Evaluated various companies for acquisitions potential.
