Supervised the coordination of events at five athletic facilities for conversions of practices, games, and other non-athletic events as well as learned how to execute the internal and external operations and equipment within these facilities for events. Performed monthly facility inspections and maintenance while creating work and purchase orders within a budget along with using Microsoft Office systems to handle processing agreements, invoicing, and tracking of inventory logs for university sporting events, equipment, and rentals. Collaborated with third party agencies to ensure events are fully staffed while training and creating staffing schedules for all interns and graduate assistants. Acted as a liaison for athletic events to ensure visiting team accommodations, scheduling of officials and payments, locker room assignments, credentials, and parking passes. Assisted in the oversight and planning of the 2022 MAC Wrestling Championship.

Participated in the set up and tear down various equipment for game day sporting events. Operated systems such as scoreboards, replay, referee microphones, and other audio and video equipment. Escorted officials and visiting teams to designated locker rooms in addition to fulfilling additional needs and requests.

Developed ideas and strategies to help connect the Pittsburgh Steelers organization to an 18-25 age demographic in the local Pittsburgh region as well as across the country. This project was intended to present a new sponsorable idea for the Steelers partnership team to use to reach their new targeted demographic. Used research databases to discuss some of the challenges of this age group and conducted a survey for one hundred people, within the targeted demographic, to understand what prevents them from engaging with social channels or participating in a social promotion.
