Provided sector-wide leadership and legislative initiative on passasg of key legislation reguiring the coordination of over 15 separate organizations and many more legislators.

Responsible for the evaluation, rating, and making reserve recommendations, based on credit standards, for the commercial loan portfolios at the six commercial banks in the Commerce Bancorp Holding Company. Interfaced with the Comptroller of the Currency staff and the Commerce Bancorp's CEO s, boards, and senior commercial lending staff.

Developed relationships with regional corporations, businesses, and organizations to increase their awareness of the Rutgers' Graduate program and their hiring of program graduates.
