In this assignment I led the design and development of new web based dashboard including several applications on the dashboard. This included working directly with customers to provide program status and gather their feedback. I have also conducted FAT and SAT testing on site for high ranking military personal for this assignment as different modules are developed and fielded.

In this assignment I lead the user interface / user experience tasks for the creation of a full motion video control system, which contained over 100 racks of hardware which our software had to both interact with and control. I interfaced directly with our customer for demonstrations, mile stone meetings, and on site training and installations. Beside developing the software I also assumed the task of creating all user training materials when other team member could not perform their duties, and this including on site training of users for several weeks. On the software site I directly assisted with all program milestones including, PDR, CDR, TRR, FAT and SAT. Finally once the system was complete I traveled to the customer locations and worked there for over a month installing the system and configuring it to work in their environment.

In this position I worked on a very large legacy Lockheed Martin program performing tasks ranging from discrepancy report work off, web interface updates, and user reporting / metrics tools creation. While it is always everyone responsibility to work off discrepancy report, which are provided by our customers I assumed a lead role in this in becoming the team lead for tracking assigning tasks out to team members. I was also in charge of ensuring the fixes for the tasks were appropriate and built successfully into our baseline. My second main task in this assignment was too lead part of an ECP team to completely re-build our metric reporting tools in which our customers pull their operating metrics from. In this tasks I worked with several team members to create a development schedule to present and get approved by our customer. Once that was approved the team and I worked for several months to build all functionality required and provide constant feedback to our customer on progress. At the end of the ECP the customer expressed how the new system was much easier to use and fully met all their needs

Worked on several Lockheed Martin research and development projects, including web based health care symptom diagnosing applications and battlefield management systems. My responsibilities including understanding and interpreting customer FRP's and requirements for new systems and how Lockheed technologies could be applied to solve their problems. In addition to this I built several prototype applications which I personally demonstrated at the HiMMS IT Health Care conference in Chicago in 2009.
