I set up the business in 2006 as a lettings-only agency and we have grown steadily since then to manage over 700 properties and act on a tenant-find basis for several hundred more. We expanded into estate agency in 2014 and are now an established player in this market, selling a significant number of properties in the area each year.Much of our success has come from assisting people who want to invest in property in the Northampton area. Over the years I've guided many investors regarding what and where to buy, and many more who have gone it alone or with other agents, regarding how to deal with problem tenancies. We assist with mortgages and with the refurbishment of properties too - aiming to provide a complete service for property owners who want their investments proactively managed, as opposed to ending up with a poor tenant in return for an inflated rent and a cheap fee.
