Partnering with the Divisional and Group CEO and five regional Managing Directors to support and advise on all people matters Responsible for supporting 750 stakeholders across five business regions in addition to Group Central Services and the Corporate Committee Leading key projects including reorganisations, office relocations, redundancies, consultations and ad-hoc workforce planning to enable the organisation to run effectively and cost efficiently Leading the divisional people teams to effectively manage regional matters including employee relations, to litigation/tribunal stage where necessary Leading Employee Engagement initiatives including welcome days, employee engagement events, organisational and pulse surveys Working as part of a project team on a cultural transformation including re-establishing organizational Purpose and Values and SMART working Writing divisional business updates, ensuring regular people communications and presenting the people updates Coaching, influencing and, where appropriate, challenging senior leaders to ensure best practice leadership Attending all divisional ops meetings and regional board meetings, writing and presenting the board packs Leading bi-annual People Reviews, ensuring pro-active people planning, identifying future leaders, low performers, selecting employees for leadership development programmes and devising succession plans to MD/Divisional CEO level Working collaboratively with other Divisional Heads of People and People SLT to manage all people processes including pay review, bonus payments, bonus target and outturn communications, reward roadshows, lunch and learn workshops, PDR processes and sharing best practice
