All Fire Services provides end-to-end fire protection services: design, engineering, installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair.

Designed Ballistic Hydra Waterproof case, with complex acoustic and seal design for iphone 5. Let R&D team and managed NPI from China to successful launch.

Among many projects, managed mechanical design and production database for initial launch of Verizon Hum device. Managed and qualified vendors for NPI through ramp. Created all mechanical 3D models, drawings, and performed engineering analysis for housing, button, and lightpipe design, including force diagrams, stress testing, and tolerance stacks. Also reviewed and qualified tools.Led or participated in other projects here in commercial, medical, military, and municipal fields.

Managed 3 shift molding and assembly production and participated in design of many types of metal and plastic trays.

Managed rigorous field testing of a complex water treatment system with pilot unit in remote locations. Measured and report findings to municipal leaders. Presented results at AWWA conferences.
