After completing high school in Tajikistan, I took a gap year to explore new horizons and pursue personal growth opportunities. I decided to travel to Germany to learn the language and discover my passion for the future.During my gap year in Germany, I was fortunate enough to participate in the volunteer program FSJ (Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr) where I worked as a nursing assistant in the cardiology department at Klinikum Chemitz.As a nursing assistant, I worked closely with nurses to provide care for sick patients. My primary responsibility was to oversee patients' well-being and engage with them to enhance their overall experience. Additionally, I had the opportunity to participate in a variety of leisure activities to provide emotional support to patients.This gap year experience not only allowed me to enhance my language skills and gain valuable professional experience, but it also enabled me to broaden my perspective on life and build a strong sense of independence.
