I used to keep track of the products, arrange them in an orderly manner, write them on the Shopify page, create an excel sheet exclusively for it, keep track of every document, and communicate with the customers. Basically I have worked for Bechlo.pk , whick is linked to Shopify.

I have been writing content for almost five years. I have written blogs, articles on medical terminologies, marketing, statistics, and an itinerary for a travel guide. I enjoy writing and reading, when working, I used to write on weekends, and this is what I am doing now as a part-time freelancer. I've written blogs and content for a variety of entities, focusing mainly on healthcare, entertainment, education, food, travel, and fashion. I have written assignments for the students and assisted them with their article submission.

I used to maintain data, answer calls from customers, email them right away, monitor and balance chats and emails, handle customer inquiries, and handle data that was connected to various internet providers. I used to maintain excel sheets and presentations.

* I used to help and support customers over the phone. * Resolving client complaints, issues, and inquiries in an efficient and professional manner. * Completing orders, paperwork, applications, or requests. * Maintaining accurate records of meetings and transactions. * Collaborating with teammates to enhance operations and customer satisfaction.

While I was employed there, I gained a lot of knowledge. It has to do with medical billing, patient inquiries, data entry, appointment rescheduling, client inquiries and clarification, and calling patients for their appointments.

It was a nonprofit welfare organisation, and we would go to orphanages and old age homes, meet kids, give them classes, and try to make them happy. We got lifesaving training in this internship, how and what to do when it's emergency, visited the mandi and assisted those who lived there, and gave meat to those who needed it on Eid ul Azha.

When I was a university student, I worked as an intern at the Karachi Institute, where I maintained patient records and data.

I used to teach grade 5, 6, and 7 there. It was my first job ever, and I learnt a lot when I was employed there.
