Below are having involved for several projects, as follows : 1. Captive Copper Smelter Project (Capacity 900KTPA copper concentrate) - PT. Amman Mineral Industri (AMIN) incharge in Steel Structure Supply & Fabrication, Static (Vessel/Column Tower) Equipment, Piping - Valve Cryogenic. 2. Juanda and Kulonprogo Avtur Terminal Project – PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga incharge in Piping – Valve. •Job descriptions :a) Review QC related documents such as Requisition and Specification.b) Review the VENDOR Document related to Inspection and Quality Control matter.c) Review WPS/PQR, Weld Map and Welder/Welding Operator Qualification Procedure/Record.d) Attend Kick of Meeting with VENDORs, CLIENT (if required) and engineers of each discipline to emphasize QC PIC, QC requirements, applicable procedures and VENDOR’s documents required.e) Arrange and attend PIM (Pre Inspection Meeting) with VENDORs, CLIENT (if required) and engineers of each discipline to emphasize QC PIC, QC requirements, applicable procedures and VENDOR’s documents required.f) Prepare overall Inspection Schedule referring to PO and Monthly Inspection Schedule from VENDOR.g) Prepare Notification for Inspection (NFI) and/or other applicable documents to AIA (Affiliate Inspection Agency) and/or JGC Affiliate Office incase going abroad / overseas vendor’s invitation of inspection.h) Assist the inspector on interpreting Code & Specification.i) Give Instructions to Inspector to conduct inspection and test as per applicable specification and code.j) Reviews of Inspection report received from Inspector and submit the reports to PQCM (Project QC Manager) for approval. k) Review and approve IRC (Inspection Release Notice) issued by Inspector who carry out the inspection at vendor’s workshop/factory.l) Transmit a copy IRC to procurement team and engineering discipline.m) Prepare Inspection Status and MDR Status.n) Monitor status of Government certification of equipment.
