• Organize the development and implementation of strategic plans for the development of oil and gas production. Make calculations of oil and gas production for planned periods, maintain a balance of oil and gas production for the field. Monitor their implementation.• Monitor the activities of the Borankol gas processing plant to ensure the fulfillment of planned targets for the processing and preparation of gas and condensate.• Organization, planning, and control of the work of technical departments, develop a work strategy, ensure the preparation of current and future work plans, and ensure the implementation of assigned tasks.• Supervise new development projects, geological exploration, capital construction, ensure the interconnection of departments and structural units in these areas.• Determine the production and technical policy and directions of technical development of the Partnership, including the diversification of production for the future in order to ensure production capacity, mobility and profitability, to achieve high quality products and ensure the implementation of production plans.• Organize the development and implementation of plans for:- development of infrastructure (reconstruction and technical optimization) of oil production;- maintenance of production(gas-lift, SRP, PCP) and injection wells;- well drilling- major construction, major repairs of production facilities (including drilling and repair of wells);- providing design documentation for capital construction and repairs;- providing design documentation for drilling sites and workovers;- increasing production efficiency and optimizing oil production costs;- passing the licensing or permitting procedure for certain types of activities;- repair and maintenance of mechanical and power equipment;- scientific and technical development, development of information support for the production management system.

Manager of Exploration Operations.I am responsible for all exploration activities of the company:- Well planning;- Seismic data acquisition, processing and interpretation;- Liaison with contractors on wireline log data, core analysis, fluid sampling and analysis;- Reserves and resources estimation;- Defense of production and exploration project documents at Central committee for exploration and production;

- oilfield development control- seismic interpretation- structural imaging- mapping the seismic attributes- construction of inter-well Xsections- making recommendations on carrying out production enhancement operations- prospect evaluation- monthly reports on the drilling- control over compiling of field development project documents by project institutes

control of geophysical surveys (perforation, installation of a bridge plug etc), analysis of well production (determination of reasons of production decline and compilation of recommendations)
