Speciaal voor woningeigenaren met een lager inkomen biedt Duurzaam Bouwloket, samen met Energiebank Fryslân, gratis hulp aan via het Eigen Woningenplan Fryslân. Dit plan richt zich op het verduurzamen van koopwoningen door middel van grote energiebesparende maatregelen.

Samen met lokale sociaal-maatschappelijke initiatieven en gemeenten wil LEA de groeiende energiearmoede in Nederland aanpakken.
