We are an inspiring Bakkers Lab, run by young people with a social mission: preventing food waste and promoting circular entrepreneurship.Informal Science communicator & Promotion of craftsmanship.We host workshops and customized programs for companies, schools, and the general public, where we elucidate the fundamental scientific principles behind fermentation, bread making, and cooking.
