Onder het mom van doe eens wat voor een ander heb ik mij vrijwillig als coach verbonden aan een project dat jeugdwerklozen assisteert richting werk en/of een opleiding. Dit project komt voort uit een samenwerkingsverband van Economische Zaken, Werkplein Baanzicht en de bijstand. Doelstelling is het helpen van een jeugdwerkloze naar werk en/of een opleiding. Daarbij komen persoonskenmerken en persoonlijke ontwikkeling uiteraard ook aan de orde. Door deze groep jongeren te helpen, voorkomen we dat er op termijn een verloren generatie gaat ontstaan die we juist ook nodig hebben voor de middel en lange termijn. Juist in deze tijd van hun leven hebben jongeren het recht zicht te ontwikkelen!Het is een verantwoordelijke rol die je serieus moet nemen.

I was responsible for the Business Department in Groningen. With the team we were able to increase our quality of work and our market share. Personally I liked the position very much. It gave me the opportunity to built a good team and I like all conversations with all entrepreneurs in the area of Groningen. I learned a lot from my team and those entrepreneurs. I am proud off my team. They achieved a lot!
