International Business Study is a project of STAR, the study association of the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), Erasmus University. Every year, IBS offers companies and non-profit organizations tailor-made research and consultancy services in an emerging market on a non-profit basis.In my year the project conducted research on the market of South Korea. The project existed out of three phases: 1) acquisition, 2) desk research, 3) field research (3,5 week in South Korea). I conducted research for an international E-commerce company to the market opportunities in South Korea. Total budget was €100.000.
