Business Development Manager
Current• Responsible for identifying specific customer needs and crafting business plans on how to achieve them. • To develop a trusted advisory relationship with the customer security operations and design teams.• Delivering technical presentations tailored for technical and non-technical audiences ranging from admins to executive and C-Level.• To Initiate and manage numerous on site and remote proof of concept installations• Working in concurrence with the sales team as the key technical consultant and product advocate for telecom / UC / CC solutions.• Identify all technical areas of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.• Responsible for crafting/responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs. • Responsible for designing and documenting the architecture/solution proposed.• Interface with Product Management/ Sales Technical Services teams to ensure the execution of project based on customer needs.• Assist sales team through preparation and delivery of technical solutions and statements of work by matching specific client business requirements into effective technical solutions• Strategic Consultant acting as the key technical advisor articulating functional and c Answer to RFI/RFQ/RFP together with the Key Account Sales manager.
