- Maintaining procedure of financial month closure and general control of correctness of all accounting entries; - Managing of accounting department, responsible for accounting and consolidation of all legal entities; - preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement) in accordance with US GAAP Reporting Standards;- Managing of external audit (BDO) in Ukraine and working with the US external audit;- Communication with foreign banks (Romania), payment runs and transaction support;- Managing billing process and correspondence with the customers;

- Financial month closure (revenue, accruals, prepayment, payroll, deferrals, fixed assets roll forward, reimbursable expenses).- Consolidation of financial statements and preparation of financial reporting package (BS, P&L, Cash Flow statement) with notes which provide details about operations, expenses details analysis;- Participation in internal and external audit of the company;- Participation in implementing of Netsuite program;- Participation in preparation and implementation of accounting procedures;- Preparation of different reports on request of Management;- Responsible for customer billing process.
