We employ over 60 people in our UK office with over 25 field based engineers.• Control of the Accounts receivables according to the debt collection procedure• Contributing towards the implementation of payment systems such as Direct Debit Systems• Ensuring that credit limits are not exceeded outside the discretionary period• Identify high risk accounts and take appropriate action• Generate reminders account statements• Ensure that delinquent accounts are placed on hold for deliveries/services and business is informed accordingly• Conduct business in a manner that promotes both internal and external Customer satisfaction• Credit Control -Contact customers via phone and email chasing payment for overdue invoices etc• Dealing with customer and internal queries relating to non-payment of invoices• Maintain an accurate record of all communications• Creation and updating of supplier and customer accounts• Updating of customer maintenance servicing contracts and any associated queries• Invoicing and allocation• Liaising with finance companies to set up finance contracts for customers • Post payments to accounts and allocate as required
