I’m associated with esteemed organization Bajaj Finance Limited since 21-July-2008. In my 12 years stint with BFL I have handled various functions Credit / Operations / Customer Service on State / Zone level for Delhi / Haryana / Punjab / Uttrakhand, UP East, UP West & Pune - Head Office. From Last 2 years I am handling role of Regional Manager in Branch Operations for North Zone based at Delhi.  Credit Quality & Turnaround:- Ensuring quality by taking a credit decision. File Audit & FCI Audit by doing a random sample checks on cases approved/declined. Providing portfolio performance data to ensure that sourcing mix targets are met. Policy & Process compliance:- Ensuring compliances in region related to approvals. Portfolio analysis-FPD, SPD, approval rate/rejection rate Monthly analysis of the FPD, SPD, underwriter wise/ Branch Wise/ skip analysis, Approval/rejection rate trends to improve the underwriting quality. Regular monitoring of portfolio, identifying potential profiles. Training Enhancing team capacity through imparting training on system, process, and policies.

 Credit Quality & Turnaround Ensuring quality by taking a credit decision post all credit checks are completed. Use system-soft decision & final decision queues to monitor & maintain turnaround. Ensured all approvals taken prior to disbursal/status communication & underwriting quality by doing a random sample checks on daily cases approved/declined. Policy & Process compliance Ensuring compliances in region related to approvals. Portfolio analysis-Non starters, skips, approval rate/rejection rate Monthly analysis of the non-starter, underwriter wise/product wise/skip analysis, Approval/rejection rate trends to improve the underwriting quality. Vendor Management Credit checks & documentation is complete prior to a vendor enrolment (CPV agency, outsourced resources for data entry). Monitor turnaround & quality of services provided & hold regular feedback & training sessions with them. Training Credit process training to new joinees to train them on systems, processes & policy, monitor quality & productivity regularly. Trainings to DSA & DST Teams.  MIS Maintaining & generating operational stats & business information for mgt. at Regional & Local Office.
