• Over 18 years of total IT experience.• 10 years of experience in Workday integrations.• Certified Workday Integration Consultant.• Hands on experience in inbound/outbound integrations Using Core Connector, Workday Studio, EIB, PICOF/PECI, managing business processes, Report Writer, Workday Calculated Fields and Custom Reports.• Understanding of Integrations including Web Services, SaaS, Workday Architecture• HRIS Post Implementation Support for Workday Suite. Mainly Integrations related to Payroll, HCM, Compensation, benefits etc. Daily maintenance of key data points between two HCM applications through direct data inputs and mass data loads.• Extensive experience in Workday Report Writer tool, and created many custom reports and calculated fields.• Experience in gathering requirements, designing, configuring/building, and testing all kinds of integrations with an expertise on Workday Studio. Workday advanced reporting including integration with functional reports and calculated fields.• Good experience with XML, XPATH and XSLT.• Worked on Workday Studio Report Designer.• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Phases such as Requirement analysis, Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment.• Techno – functional knowledge of HR & Payroll modules of Ramco ERP.• Development, customization and full cycle implementation of Ramco HR & Payroll.
