• Ensure that each cash receipt batch is posted, balanced to bank deposit and applied. Perform quality assurance and compliance in AR related activities. Audit/check and verify deposits and investigate unapplied cash.• Generating and send out invoices to the Clients and follow up on, collect payments advise.• Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.• Managing all accounts receivable matters including billing, collections, deposits, refunds.• Handle customer receivable inquiries. Flag and communicate any invoicing or credit memo errors identified when applying remittances• Analyze customer accounts at the time of application for any skipped or partial payments, or customer errors.• Contact customers immediately to resolve any remittance discrepancies. Accounts Receivable analysis and reporting. Generate AR aging reports and identify critical issues.• Assisting with month-end closing and ensure to prepare reconciliation after month-end.

• Handles standard cash application procedure where incoming payments are applied to the outstanding invoices and researching payment discrepancies through aging report.• Responsible to record multiple bank accounts from lockbox deposits, credit card payments, ACH and wire transfers.• Isolate and resolve customer deductions, write-off, refunds and adjustments from routine processing.• Managing queue with a continuous check on turnaround time and service level agreement.• Performing month-end activities to ensure accurate customer ledgers using Oracle database.• Guiding new joiners to enhancing the process skills & providing feedback on quality.• Analyzing, auditing un-applied or un-identified receipts and applying receipts using research tool.• Analyzing and reducing the volume of outstanding invoices.• Performing daily reconciliations and Generate weekly aging reports.• Kept track of pending payment and collecting the same through constant follow ups with collections team.• Generating monthly, half-yearly and yearly accounting reports and statements.• Assisting with month-end closing.
