Managing All International & Domestic daily Operations related to In-flight Catering and dispatch and Especially Lufthansa FRA & MUC.Specially Handling All VIP & President flight.Attending Food Presentations for the responsible routes Check bonded warehouse regularly to ensure raw materials are available.Ensure that meal trays for the various service classes are correctly packaged along with food group trays.Supervise the operation of catering trucks to ensure they reach and load-up the aircraft on schedule.Allocation of duties and responsibilities to flight attendents, Preset Loaders to handle flights based on maximum utilization of manpowerResponsible to build a team for catering operations and delivery and ensure the smooth functioning of daily catering operations.Handling of flights, ensuring meals, equipments and laundry items are loaded as per specified galley loading plan.Passing meal order to the kitchen as per received request from the airline.Recording of meal temperatures at the time of leaving the unit as well as onboard the aircraft as per HACCP requirement.Assisting the Operation Manager with the day-to-day operation and administration functions.
