Responsibilities includes Piping and Equipment modeling (Reactor, Re-generator, Column, Exchangers, Vessels and Pumps and their connecting Piping. Review of Nozzle orientation for equipments to optimize Pipe routing. Prepare and review Equipment & Piping layout to meet all process and client requirements. Works on piping loads to civil and structural discipline of pipe-rack/technological structures and foundations. Strength calculations for Supports dimensions and structural impact. Preparing vessel clip drawings according to the support requirement to vendor. Prepare technical part of requisitions for all piping supports components required by stress analysis. Helps in technical bid evaluation for all piping supports components offers. Review and comment on Vendor/Supplier offers and drawings. Attending 30%, 60% and 90% reviews with clients.

Prepare technical part of requisitions for all piping supports components required by stress analysis. Helps in technical bid evaluation for all piping supports components offers. Review and comment on Vendor/Supplier offers and drawings. Review pipe configuration under various load cases like Seismic and Wind analysis for Piping system. Prepare and review various Piping support configurations, Support selection and Detailing. Performing stress analysis of various BEP and NBEP systems using CaesarII. Strength calculations for Supports components, dimensions and structural impact. Model review and Interference check. Pipe supports selection (LICAD, PSL and Sheonghwa) and 3D modeling.
