With over 24 years of experience in steel detailing, I am an NISD Certified Structural/Miscellaneous Detailer and a Managing Member at Caldim Tech Services LLC, a company that provides high quality fabrication drawings for heavy commercial, industrial, and miscellaneous structures using SDS/2 and Tekla. I have handled projects ranging from 5T to 14000T, and have an excellent track record in delivering on time and within budget. I have also gained on-site experience in the U.S. for shop and site meetings. My core competencies include project engineering, project planning, engineering design, and team management. In addition to leading a team of 60+ detailers at Caldim Engineering, India, I also train fresh engineering graduates to help them learn the nuances of steel detailing, SDS2, and Tekla, and to follow the AISC codes. My mission is to leverage my expertise and passion for steel detailing to create value for my clients and to mentor the next generation of detailers.
